FYI - the Police will cite you if your dog is caught running free. Then some folks let their Fido off leash. ! We have 2 dogs I am amazed when people don't clean-up after their pooch. Standard rules clean-up after your dogs and always keep them in their leashes. There are 3 areas in Napa you can take your dogs to for off leash activities. The City has a leash law 100% of the time.
The rules here are the same as everywhere nothing unexpected. The park is kept very clean and not having dust everywhere from road traffic was a pleasant change. Kenny was pro-active in explaining if the power went out that we could use our generator. We were here when it was 100 degrees 3 days in a row. They were knowledgeable in both giving us directions and answering our questions. The camp host Kenny and his wife Jackie are wonderful. We read all the reviews and check in was easy. The Vine trail is close and we were able to bike all the way to Yountville 20 miles round trip. It was nice being a short walk to downtown Napa. There are 2 Clean restrooms with showers in the check-in office area. Every other RV spot has a Recycle and landfill trash can that are emptied daily.
